Terms of service
Who these terms are for
mailsign365 is sold to organisations and sole traders, not to consumers. By connecting a Microsoft 365 tenant you confirm that you may do so for your organisation.
The service
mailsign365 adds email signatures to messages written in Outlook, using data from your Microsoft 365 directory. It works through an Outlook add-in and does not sign mail sent from other apps. We list what it does and does not do on the features page, and we may improve or change it.
Trial
Each organisation can request one free trial. We approve trials ourselves and may refuse one. The length and the number of mailboxes are set when we approve it. When a trial ends, signatures stop until you subscribe.
Price and payment
The price per mailbox per month depends on the number of mailboxes you license, as listed on the pricing page: €2.50 for one mailbox, falling to €1.00 at 100. All your mailboxes are charged at the price for your total. Prices exclude VAT. For more than 100 mailboxes we make an offer. A mailbox is any mailbox that has a licence, including a shared mailbox. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled with effect from the end of the month already paid. Mailboxes added during a month are charged for the rest of that month. Paid subscriptions are not open yet; these terms apply when they open and we have told you.
Your responsibilities
- Keep the signatures you publish lawful, including any company details the law requires on business email.
- Do not upload confidential material as an image. Signature images are public.
- Do not misuse the service, try to reach other organisations' data, or put more load on it than normal use.
- Keep your administrators' accounts secure.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available. If the service is unavailable, Outlook adds no signature and your mail is sent as usual. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can disconnect at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or an account is used to cause harm. What happens to your data afterwards is described in the privacy statement.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
