€2.50 for a single mailbox, €1.50 at 10, €1.00 at 100. Every mailbox gets the price for your total. There is no minimum, no setup fee, and every feature is in the plan.
Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Trials are open now, and we email you before billing starts.
What it costs at each size

How billing works
- Billed monthly. Cancel whenever you like; it ends at the end of the month you paid for.
- Add mailboxes at any time. The price per mailbox follows your new total, and the difference for the rest of that month is charged pro rata.
- Pay by iDEAL, SEPA direct debit or card. An invoice arrives by email each month.
- Shared mailboxes count as one mailbox, however many people send as them.
- People without a licence get no signature and cost nothing.
Payments are not switched on yet. These are the terms they will start with.
30 days to try it with your team
Use your invitation to connect your tenant, then tell us how many mailboxes you want to try. We read each request and usually answer within one working day. There is no card to enter, and each organisation gets one trial. If you need longer, ask us. We can extend a trial.
When the trial ends, Outlook stops adding signatures. We add nothing to your mail. Your settings are kept for 60 days, then deleted.
Is there a discount for non-profits or schools?
Ask us before you start. We decide case by case.
Why not charge for every employee?
Because most organisations only need signatures on some mailboxes. A warehouse team that never emails customers does not need one.
Does the price include VAT?
No. All prices on this site exclude VAT.
